must do's

in order to leave for my vacay (which i'm sure none of you know anything about because it's not like i've even begun to mention how excited i am or ready i am to vacate the area) there is a little, teeny, tiny, itsy, bitsy list of things i must do...and for me, this is the worst part of preparing to leave:

• pack. not overpack nor underpack...just pack. because i refuse to check a bag and refuse to fluirt my way into getting it for free...i will not have time tomorrow. (although i would suggest trying it, it almost always works for me. unless of course it's a woman..she'll just think you're an idiot and charge you double.)
• laundry. yes, i've waited until the last minute to wash a few lot of things with the exception of the usual dry-cleaned items, which i just picked up and shelled out 60 bucks for. fo' real. 60 bucks?!? 2 dresses and 1 sweater?!? dang.
• QT time with Miss Wilma. she hates when i leave, and i hate to leave her. she would kill me if she knew where i was going without her. it is, by far, one of her most favorite cities.
• DIY mani and pedi. due to the previously mentioned laundry bill...these will be done by yours truly. and i'm thinking red...
• oh and last but not least...style the most perfect new year's eve outfit. this is the one thing i will probably do first, spend 4 hours doing it, and half-ass finish everything else.

and the best part...it's just another day in my life.
